Due to some vendors' allergies and vulnerability to migraines, we ask that vendors refrain from wearing scented fragrances and that you apply hair spray (if necessary) before arrival or in your automobile.
If you are to omit anything from your selling list, please tell the coordinator immediately. This will enable her to provide the best booth placements for everyone, including you. It will also enable another vendor to sell in that category.
If you want the reasons for any of the rules, please feel free to ask us.
Please begin packing up after the show has ended.
Items you or your immediate family member(s) did not create or creatively alter significantly by hand are not allowed. In addition, photography and prints must be of your or your children's original photos or artwork.
Please do not bring anything that you have not been approved to sell. We do this to ensure a wide variety, no duplication, and fair competition for all.
The ability to order items or services outside your selling list is not permitted without approval. You could be interfering with another vendor's sales by doing this. However, you are encouraged to be ready take orders for items that are within your selling list. We suggest that you bring photos of items (within your selling list) that customers can order.
Several of your displayed items must be $30 or less, including tax. $30.01 is NOT acceptable.
Please take your garbage with you.
Violating rules results in one or more of the following:
- Having to pass a quality assurance quiz to participate again
- Financial penalty when you apply to participate again
- Forfeit of your privilege to participate in 30 Craft Market and to avail yourself of our related services (incl Facebook groups).
No refunds are given when cancellation of your participation is due to your behaviour/actions.
